Missing Tuscany

I know, I know......get over it, the vacation is over and now it's back to everyday life again!!!
But how can a person in his/her sane mind, not miss these beautiful places?
I love it over here, don't take me wrong, but Tuscany is Tuscany! The natural beauty is overwhelming. Wherever one goes, there is a castle, a stone house, a vineyard..and it just keeps going. And amazingly enough, when I am over there I have to remind myself to take pictures, because it is so easy to become a part of all that and to accept it as the most familiar view. It is hard to realize that it is only there that one can see such an abundance of nature and buildings that live so harmoniously together. OK, I have had my five minutes of remebrance, now let's get back to work!!
 

Sunday routine

It is the first week-end since we came back from Italy. It is nice to have the chance to rest. The flight back was hard this time, Lucas was sick with a high fever and was restless. Greg had to hold him most of the the time. The work and day care started right away. On Thursday Alex started school, so we did not have the chance to relax until yesterday. And it is nice! We did almost nothing. And today I expect it to be the same. We are enjoying the feeling of not having to go anywhere or do anything. So if you were at our house this morning you would see us doing nothing! This picture is a good example. Ryan having his breakfast while lying on the couch and watching cartoons. Now, this is life!! 

Back to the USA

We are back home. All jet-lagged but home. Update coming soon.

All together!

We are finally all together!! The boys are loving it (all of them!) and we are really enjoying our vacation. Every day we go somewhere different and enjoy the great scenery. I love Tuscany, it is simply beautiful and pleasing to the eye. We really should get a place here to enjoy the late years in our lives. Greg and I are seriously thinking about it.
I'am loving it!!
